We start off by applying a cleaner, scrubbing and pressure washing at the right PSI to not damage the deck. Once the deck is cleaned and dry we seal it with a clear sealer to prevent the growth of new contaminants.

A washing is recommended once a year and sealing about every 2 to 3 years.
